At this time, we are still operating under state COVID-19 guidelines, including requiring everyone to wear masks and practice social distancing to keep you, staff, and our community safe.

Currently, as of 3/29, our office spaces are still NOT open to the public for safety purposes. We will update you when this changes as we monitor the COVID-19 situation. Access to the Syringe Services Program, food pantry, and case management remains available.

PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV AND AIDS

The Health Equity Alliance, formerly known as the Down East AIDS Network, was founded on the promise of providing excellent care and support to Mainers living with HIV/AIDS. We stand behind that promise today by providing case management, community support, advocacy, and educational opportunities.
