Our Services

HEAL offers a variety of vital services, advocating for and meeting the needs of people in Maine living with HIV/AIDS, those in need of sexual health and wellness services, and people who use drugs. Our departments and programs work collectively to make our community a better and more inclusive place, while tailoring care to our clients' needs as individuals.

HIV+ Care

The foundation of HEAL, our HIV+ Care department provides case management, HIV testing, and community awareness events.

Sexual Health & Wellness

Inclusive, sex positive service including testing services, sexual health supplies, and educational resources.

Our harm reduction program provides community members with the supplies they need while reducing stigma and emphasizing respect and compassion.
